The Microenterprise and the Environment Conference, held during July 2004 at the National Christian Conference, Valley Forge, Pennsylvania, brought together leaders in the field of microenterprise and the environment. It was a time to learn about successful development initiatives, to hear from leaders in both fields, and to network among peers. Participants came from India, Nepal, South Africa, Kenya, Guatemala, Indonesia, El Salvador, Canada, Puerto Rico, Haiti, Bolivia, Nicaragua, as well as the United States. Attached are the conference speaker profiles.
